I read research daily and pass along what I feel will help those I serve. Since I work with people from age 20-92, there is a lot to cover and much of it varies. But the one thing that does not vary is the importance of exercise no matter where you are at. This past week alone I read how exercise can be an effective prescription for joint pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, osteoporosis, some cancers, Parkinson’s Disease, and brain decline. It is great for self-esteem, productivity, finances, and even relationships in many cases. What you do or don’t do during the next six months will either have a healthy or less than healthy consequence. For yourself and those who love you please choose healthy. It is so important to stay as strong as you can. Begin as soon as possible in a safe and healthy way. If you need help seek it. BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE!
