I have never met anyone that is perfect 100% of the time with diet and exercise. I am sure they are out there I have just never met them. The people that I see that are the most successful though keep trying when they are not perfect. They stay aware of the consequence of long term unhealthy food management and lack of exercise. Again this does not mean they are perfect; eat like a rabbit or can’t wait to exercise. Just when they don’t, they “get back on” as soon as possible. PLEASE know the impact you have on yourself and others with the lifestyle choices you make. If you have a day that is not so perfect, get back to healthy management immediately without condemnation or harsh judgment of yourself. You are just like most of us.  Try your best always. BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE!
