TUNE IN TO YOUR HEALTH TUESDAY

I have struggled with so many things in my life. Weight, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, just to name a few. I understand how hard it is to overcome lifelong struggles with anything. We are hardwired genetically, socialized, and develop auto-coping skills that are difficult to manage and lead us to less than healthy choices. But it is SO IMPORTANT to at least try to live life in a healthy way. It is not wrong where you are at and please never judge yourself but instead move toward what can make you healthier, happier, and more fulfilled in your life. PLEASE get some healthy exercise (not extreme), manage food with boundaries (not extreme either), and develop the self-awareness to recognize when your mood is healthy or not. Do things to serve others, projects that bring you joy and fulfillment, and stay as strong as you can physically. All are important to our health and overall quality of life. You can change what you struggle with. Perseverance is always the key. If you need help seek it. BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE!
