No matter your age, fitness, or health history, change is possible for the better. Caring for your strength and cardiovascular health is so important to not only the way you feel physically, but to your overall happiness as well. There is more and more research listing the correlation between how we care for our health and overall happiness, especially as we age. If we are  strong physically we are able to move easier and with less pain. We will also have less self-created disabilities, our brains will function at optimal levels, and we will feel confident in our ability to function. On the other side of the coin, if we fail to maintain our strength levels and overall health we will have more pain, disabilities, and our brain will not be able to function the way it is supposed to.  This, according to research, will lead to increased depression and loss of confidence as you get older. So please, care for your strength and overall health. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily and work on both your muscles and cardiovascular system. See the good and how it will benefit you. It does not have to be crazy or extreme. Start as soon as possible. BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE!
