For years I had rules for the way a day in my life was supposed to go. I needed this to happen this way and that person to act that way and events in the day to go my way. But they NEVER  did. When events occurred in the day that did not follow my rules for the day, it was not a good day. This all or nothing approach led to me being miserable every day. When I learned that it is not what occurs in the day that is the key, but how I respond to what occurs, I became happier and even healthier. Please know that there will be events in the day that challenge you. Respond with calm and focus on how you can be successful in the day. One event does not make a day. BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE!
