To manage things in a healthy way that have challenged us for decades usually does not happen overnight. If you have struggled in any way with depression, anxiety, resentment, addictions, lack of health focus or anything else you know how hard it is to overcome. I have rarely seen anyone “quit cold turkey,” change an unhealthy negative mindset, and/or develop a healthy lifestyle with a snap of the finger. The Build YOUR Healthy Life Program understands all aspects of health and will help the participant learn the skills to finally overcome challenges and achieve a great overall quality of life. Many people understand the need to exercise and “eat right” but do not understand how depression, anxiety, anger or resentment affect the body and the brain. More and more science is showing that it is just as important (if not more) to be happy, calm, and at peace with others as it is to practice regular exercise and eating habits. The Build YOUR Healthy Life Program is helping people from all walks of life and levels of fitness learn the skills to live a healthy life forever. That includes exercise, nutrition, happiness, outlook, service to others, education, and support. Please join us for one or all of our education classes or for our safe, healthy, and client oriented personal fitness training. The environment is welcoming and nonjudgmental and we even laugh once in a while. The education classes will be offered at two locations in the valley in January.
